About Household Staff Online
In 2003 we wanted to offer the possibility for clients to acquire their household staff without incurring the high agency commission fees traditionally charged to source suitable candidates.
This was the original idea 5 years ago when we launched the agency. It was then called "At Your Service" and we planned to source staff by "client paid advertising". Unfortunately this was not possible at the time due to several unforeseen problems. We endeavoured to then offer the best possible traditional personal service to clients with extended replacement guarantees and renamed the company Marshall Harber.
Due to the growth and power of the Internet, we are now able to realise the original idea whilst still continuing with our now very successful personalised staff introduction service.
Marshall Harber: Exclusive Online Staffing now gives you access to screened experienced household staff without the need for paying high agency fees. Clients will now be able to browse our live database of candidates CVs all having a minimum of two years previous experience in a similar role, free of charge. For a small membership fee they will then be able to broadcast details of their job vacancies direct to the mobile phones of the candidates they would like to interview for the job. There is no limit to how many candidates you send your job details to. Clients will also have the option to have their position advertised on several well-marketed websites including our own candidate job board in order to attract even more candidates to the database.
The website is easy to use and simple to navigate so you do not have to be a computer expert to use the service. Once you have paid your subscription fee you can start selecting all the candidates with whom you would like to discuss the vacancy and when you are ready, you simply send one easy message that will be broadcasted to all of their mobile phones and email accounts. Clients will have access to this service for one month to allow them enough time to source, contact, interview and possibly trial candidates, leading to a successful placement. If you require more time or are sourcing more than one member of staff, you have the option to simply extend your account month by month.
We understand that there will always be clients who prefer our traditional service where the recruitment process of interviewing, reference checking and candidate selection is carried out by our experienced consultants. Our on-line service is ideal for clients who are happy to make their own selection and arrange their own interviews but still want access to an excellent database of household staff that they can advertise their vacancy to.
