Contacting Candidates
We use what is called a shadow email and text service. You will be able to make contact with the candidates by using our simple online forms to create email and text messages which will be sent directly to the candidates email address and mobile phone. This service is free to use as part of our service. So, whilst you can contact a Candidate using our online forms, Candidate's personal details such as their name, phone number and email address remain hidden on our website. You will have access to their CVs with qualification/certificate details as well as their work experience to date, but no other information is disclosed.
The Candidates then have the option to respond to your message to discuss your particular job and hopefully arrange to interview with you.
We always recommend sending both an email and text message to ensure that you make contact with the candidate as quickly as possible. Bear in mind that not all candidates will be by a computer, but 90% of them will always have their phone near by!
