Contacting Candidates

We use what is called a shadow email and text service that operates through this website. You will be required to pre-select all the candidates that you want to contact about your vacancy. This is done using the simple “Browse CV” function. Once you have added all the candidates you want to your “contact basket” you will be instructed to create an email and text message that will be sent directly to the candidates email address and mobile phone. This message should briefly explain your vacancy and how they can contact you. So, whilst you can contact a candidate using our online forms, candidate's personal details such as their name, phone number and email address remain hidden on our website to protect their privacy. You will have access to their CVs with qualification/certificate details as well as their work experience to date, but no other information is disclosed.

The Candidates then have the option to respond to your message to discuss your particular job and hopefully arrange to interview with you.

The website will automatically generate an email and text message for you, but you are free to edit these to say whatever you want them to. Please ensure that you provide your contact details accurately in these messages otherwise the candidates will not be able to contact you.
