Butler/ House Manager.
I was the first butler/house manager to be employed with this family as they had just purchased a new property in London; their main residence is in the countryside.
My main duties when I started was buying furniture and fittings with Mrs O'Rourke; organised all deliveries of household items and set up the house for Mrs O'Rourke whilst she was busy with another property in Spain. Once all furnishings were in place and the house was ready for habitation my duties included the cleaning ofthis 5 floored town house, purchasing all food and beverages, menu planning, cooking for the family and guests, flower arrangement, chauffeur duties around London, making sure the house and swimming pool were maintained. I also travel 2-3 times a year with the family to their residence in southern Spain.

Butler/ House Manager.
Butler/house manager in charge of a team of 3 in this very modern, state of the art, 4 floored Victorian house, making sure of the smooth functioning and organisation of this London property and kept the highest level of attention to detail at all times. Responsible for sourcing suppliers, purchasing all household items and shopping for personal items. If Mr Ford was dining in I was responsible for the menu planning, cooking and service of all food and beverages. I was responsible for making sure the dog was exercised and had occasional visits to the vet.
Other duties:-wardrobe management making sure everything was meticulously kept; purchasing of all flowers from Covent Garden Market; making sure the maintenance of house was checked regularly and outside ofthe property was kept to very high standard; visits from gardeners 2 days per week; some occasional driving (Range Rover and Bentley).

Head Butler/Chauffeur.
As head butler /chauffeur I was based in Mr Traboulsi's office between the hours of 7.30 till approx 6pm where my duties were to assist Mr Traboulsi's PA and correspond with his other offices in Paris and Monaco.
Other duties included: reservations in restaurants, theatre ticket bookings, booking flights and hotels, ensuring offices were cleaned and all technology was in working order, cellar management, service of a]] food and beverages when required, taking deliveries of fine art work as Mr Traboulsi has a vast collection of exquisite pieces in all of his residences and also making sure insurance was in place for this. Driving duties for Madam Traboulsi when she had engagements in and around London (Mercedes E class/S class). Once finished in the office, most evenings I was required to help in the residence of Mr Traboulsi. Duties included wardrobe organisation, valeting of fine clothes, making sure the reception rooms were all in order for guests to arrive. On occasions I cooked for the family (not formal dinner parties).

I started employment with the Ambassador and family in their mansion on a private island just outside New York. I was part of a team of 9 staff in a very formal household.
Duties:-menu planning with chefs; meeting and greeting of all visitors; service of all food and beverages.
After 3 months of being in the US the family relocated to Edinburgh where the children were to be educated. Oversaw all packing of all household contents -itineraries were made so that when furniture arrived in Edinburgh we knew what items were required for their 6 floor town house and what needed to be sent to storage. I was in overall charge ofthe setting up of this property and had a team of 7 to organise.
Duties in Edinburgh :-employment of chefs, housekeepers and chauffeurs, meeting and greeting of visitors, service of all food and beverages, menu planning, visits to London to shop for the Ambassador, driving Madame Fernandez in and around Edinburgh (BMW), oganising the childrens' birthday celebrations, snagging list when house went through a full refurbishment, cellar management, making sure staff accommodation was kept in order, packing and unpacking for vacation as I travelled with the family.
