Recruited specifically by the owner. Joined the yacht for the final stage of the build in Germany. Responsible for final galley designs and handover from the shipyard. Having completely provisioned the yacht we embarked upon a hectic first season in the Mediterranean. Managed 2 chefs in the galley and was responsible for all menu planning and ordering. At the end of the season travelled to the owner's property in Argentina and took over the running of the kitchen from November to March. Oversaw 100k Euro galley refurbishment and warranty work abroad the yacht before travelling to the Maldives and then UAE for the busy spring period.

The Tree of Life founded by DR Gabriel Cousens is at the cutting edge of live food research and innovation.
