I am presently working for a very prominent family and I am responsible for the smooth operation of the entire estate and 18 members of the family and 35 staff.
The estate is set on 80 acres of magnificent gardens and woodlands and also includes the 16th century palace. I am responsible for the hiring of all staff and to ensure that the family's residence, welfare, and security is maintained to an exemplary standard.

Organizing and delegating work loads to the staff of a large home in Fiji. as well as running the estate I was responsible fit hiring all staff of a high calibre including chefs, also trained in vegetarian cooking and train staff in all domestic rolls to high standard and maintain it.
