Responsibilities
Moved into the property whilst in latter stages of remodelling and overseeing approximately 50 workmen daily including electricians, Plumbers, air conditioning techs, high tech sound and audio Engineers painters and decorators etc, outside contractors inclusive of landscapers and irrigation specialists, coordinate with the architect and interior designer the finer details and arrival of purchased artwork/ object de arte/ linens etc arriving on a daily basis and keeping inventory and security, upon owners move in overall live in duties at home and supervision of maids and Laundress, liaise on daily basis with finishing vendors as far as job completion, provide daily meal preparation both family style for owners and family guests and more formal "Butler" Silver Service at tableside for guests. Plan forthcoming events with owner and arrange Caterers/menus/florists/musicians etc, daily care of 2 Bichon Frise dogs and vets visits, Maintain kitchen and pantry areas and Silverware crystal etc, daily shopping and errands for owners, oversee cleaning and maintenance of 4 vehicles, Chauffeur as required , assist maids in heavy cleaning and on absent days (etc Sunday) service master bedroom and bathrooms, arrange the closing and safe opening of the residence during the start and end of 'Hurricane Season". On call 24 hrs for unforeseen extra duties and household malfunctions.
