Personal Chauffeur and Private PA
Duties: House and vehicle maintenance, transport logistics, private shopping and gardening.

To drive and maintain 4 cars (valet service tax mot res permits etc). Also would arrange demo cars if they wanted to upgrade to a new range. Would maintain the front of house garden (leaves, jet wash the pavement in front garden, hydrolic gates always oiled, water all trees bushes, potted plants and sometimes replanting with the head gardener. Supervise the house through the daily activities with staff coming and going making sure they were carrying out and assisting them with their duties. To also control all coming deliveries to the house and to ensure all visiting contract workers knew what they were doing and where and make sure all visitors would sign in and out when coming and going for the fire and insurance reasons. Very security aware making sure at times when areas of the house were not being used mostly when the client were away they were locked. Security was very important. Was also responsible for a catalogue of Louis Vuitton trunks and suitcases. Would beeswax them and brass polish them every 3 months, 50+ cases. Would serve drinks to guests visiting the home. Also when they would have large dinner party's at home he would man the front door seeing in the guests taking their coats and ensuring their cars were parked safe and correctly on the street. Once all guests had sat down he would then assist the chef and all the butlers with preparing and anything they might need whether it was more wine from the cellar or just washing up. He would drive the client to their country house almost every Friday night. During the summer he would drive down to the South of France with the butler and would take the supplies and set up the boat.
