How It Works
Our unique service works as follows:
Step 1. Browse through our database of candidates using our specially designed CV Browsing tool.
Step 2. Select suitable staff that you would like to contact and add them to your “contact basket”. There is no limit to the number of staff you contact about your vacancy.
Step 3. Advertise your position direct to the mobile phones of all the candidates you selected. Arrange your own interviews with them and negotiate your own terms.
Step 4. Advertise your position on our parent agency job board to get even more candidate responses.
Step 5. Hire the candidate(s) you want with no additional fees to be paid.
