Pricing

You may view our live database with full CV details of all the candidates free of charge. There is no need to commit to the service until you are confident that we have the staff that you would like to employ for your home.

When you have made your selection of candidates that you would like to contact simply purchase a "contact package" using our secure online credit card facility. For example, if you are seeking a housekeeper and purchase a "contact package" for this category you are then able to make contact with all the housekeepers that appear on our database.

The price of each Standard Contact Package is £250.00. This gives access to our database for a period of 1 month. There is no limit to how many candidates you contact, in fact we encourage you to contact and interview as many candidates as possible to increase the chances of finding the right candidate for your position. We encourage all candidates to reply to all contacts made, even if it is to decline an offer, as a matter of professional courtesy. Unfortunately this is not something that we can enforce.

Discount is offered if you are seeking more that one personnel type.

The price of your first contact package is £250.00. Each additional package is priced at £150.00 when purchased as a bundle. For example: To be able to contact all our housekeepers and all our butlers the total cost would be £400 (£250 for the first package plus £150 for the second package).

Should you require more time for the recruitment process to ensure you have selected the right staff and to allow time for a possible trial/probationary period we offer you the option to purchase an extension to your selected standard package at a discounted rate. For example:

Price of standard one month Contact Package £250.00

Price of one month extension period add £100.00 to standard package price (i.e. total price £350)

Price of two months extension period add £150.00 to standard package price (i.e. total price £400)

Price of three months extension period add £175.00 to standard package price (i.e. total price £425)

If your chosen candidate does not prove suitable (or leaves for any reason) you simply log back on to our site and find a replacement at no further cost and without the need to purchase another package. Think of this as the equivalent to the "Service Guarantee" that a traditional agency would offer, whereby if a candidate leaves within a certain time period a free replacement will be found. This extension system may cost you a little more at the purchase phase, but you have the peace of mind that you can replace the candidate in the event of anything going wrong, still at a vastly cheaper price than sourcing through a traditional agency.
